LL.M. (Criminal Law and Constitution): Course Overview This specialization goes beyond the foundational studies of the LLB curriculum, enabling students to become experts who can critically analyze the intersection of criminal justice and fundamental constitutional principles.

Duration: 2 Year Program

Eligibility Criteria​

Eligibility: applicants must have completed their LL.B./B.A.LL.B. from a UGC recognized University with minimum 55% for UR/OBC and 50% for SC/ST.

Educational Qualification:

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree (3 or 4 years) in any discipline from a recognized university.

Minimum Marks:

a minimum of 45% to 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree for General Category candidates. There is usually a relaxation of 5% for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC).

Age Limit:

As per the latest BCI guidelines, there is no upper age limit for admission to the LL.B. course.
